R-20 impeller pump - hygienic design made of stainless steel

The impeller pumps in Hygienic design are specially designed for applications where product purity, cleanability and gentle conveying are paramount. The design meets the requirements of hygienically sensitive sectors such as the food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and beverage production. The pump housing is made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel, the impeller of FDA-certified nitrile, compliant with the standards of the L.G.A.I. Technological Center.

The pump is constructed without dead spaceenables a Complete disassembly without tools and is designed so that all parts in contact with the media can be inspected and cleaned without restriction - ideal for CIP/SIP-free processes.
