Execution

  • Pump type: Self-priming liquid ring pump in stainless steel design
  • Construction method:
    - Precision-cast impeller made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel
    - Pump housing with 3 mm wall thickness for high mechanical and chemical resistance
    - Integrated suction filter to retain impurities
    - Integrated bypass to reduce the flow rate if required
    - Conveying direction reversal optionally possible
  • Gasket selection:
    - Mechanical seal with elastomers made of NBR, FPM or PTFE

  • Pharmaceutical processes: Liquids with high purity requirements
  • textile industry: Transport of process fluids

Operating conditions
