Execution

  • Pump type: Self-priming liquid ring pump with axial suction capacity
  • Construction method:
    - Monobloc version with directly coupled electric motor
    - Star impeller for stable operation with gas or air admixture
    - Anti-lock starting ring on CA 80 / 90 / 91 models
  • Material variants:
    – CA: Pump housing and lantern made of gray cast iron
    – BCA: Bronze pump housing and lantern
  • Surface treatment: All pumps are fully painted to protect them from environmental influences

Applications

  • Conveying clean liquids, free from abrasive or suspended particles
  • Ideal for air or gas in the pumped liquid
  • Suitable for short-term interruptions in the supply
  • Water withdrawal from well systems
  • Pressure boosting systems from the distribution network (observe regulations)

Operating conditions

  • Medium temperature: from -10 °C to +90 °C
  • Ambient temperature: up to 40 °C
  • Maximum suction height: up to 9 m
  • Maximum permissible outlet pressure: 6 bar
  • Operating mode: Continuous operation (S1)
