Drum & IBC transfer with self-priming impeller pumps

IBC pumps based on self-priming impeller pumps are used for the safe and controlled transfer of liquids from drums and IBC containers.
The elastic impellers enable gentle pumping of aqueous, viscous or chemically neutral media.

Typical applications

  • Transferring from IBC containers and drums into process or storage tanks
  • Filling and emptying chemicals, water, glycols or cleaning fluids
  • Conveying viscous media such as oils, emulsions or additives
  • Use in mobile transfer stations or workshop systems
  • Metered conveying in production and filling processes
  • AdBlue and antifreeze transfer

Technical requirements

  • Self-priming: suction line short/tight; foot valve/check valve if required.
  • Pumped media: water, chemicals, oils, AdBlue, cleaning agents
  • Delivery rate: up to 333 l/min
  • Delivery pressure: up to 3 bar
  • Materials: Stainless steel and brass
  • Designs: mobile, stationary or integrated variants
